Jean Grow, PhD, is founder and Chief Truths Teller of GROW inclusivity. GROW helps clients craft authentically inclusive brand strategies and emphatically resonant creative. Before founding GROW, Jean spent 20+ years conducting intersectional brand research and teaching advertising. She is co-author of the top selling book: Advertising Creative: Strategy, Copy & Design, now in its 6th edition and sold in 25 countries. Prior to joining academia Jean spent nearly a decade in the advertising industry working with agencies such as Leo Burnett, FCB, and DDB and with clients from Coca-Cola to Kimberly-Clark. Dr. Grow earned a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
