Jean Grow, PhD, is founder and Chief Truths Teller at GROW inclusion where she helps clients craft authentically inclusive brand strategies that build sustainable growth.
As a cultural and social scientist, Jean spent 20+ years doing intersectional brand research. She is co-author of Advertising Creative: Strategy, Copy & Design, now in its 6th edition and sold in 25 countries. Prior to her life in academia, Jean spent nearly a decade in the advertising industry working with agencies such as Leo Burnett, DDB and FCB with clients from Coca-Cola to Kimberly-Clark to Zenith.
